Abdullah said his testicles started swelling after he fell ill with a high fever decades ago, and all the treatments he has undergone since to cure his condition have failed. “I had the illness after a high fever. “The doctor told me to go to the Penang Hospital for surgery,” he said when met at his home. But lack of funds and suitable transportation for a man in his condition forced Abdullah, a father of three, to cancel the operation.
