He urged Nasa not to interfere with the electorate on the polling day, saying that voting is a constitutional right of every Kenyan. He further dismissed the dialogue that Nasa is calling for, saying the only dialogue that is allowed is in the nurses’ strike but not in elections. Dr Aukot said what the Supreme Court ruled was that that repeat election should be held within 60 days and not otherwise as demanded by Nasa. He told Turkana residents to only give him a push for him to lead the country, saying that writing the constitution was more difficult than being President.
