According to him, the huge turnout of electorate at ward level is a strong reason for INEC to extend the exercise by a minimum of two days. He said this during a monitoring of the registration centres on Monday. Victor said, “I am surprised at the huge turnout at the ward level. “Since it commenced at the ward level on April 11, and to this day, we are amazed at the huge turnout.
