The ship, named Elise, managed to get stuck after slipping its moorings and drifting out into the river. Elise lodged herself into a diagonal position across the waterway, mirroring the skyscraper-sized Ever Given's predicament just a day after it was freed. However, instead of the week-long operation needed to release the container ship in Egypt, workers were able to free the Elise the same afternoon.
