Eight schools in Delhi received bomb threats via e-mail on Thursday, which were later declared a hoax, the Delhi Fire Services said. The school campuses were evacuated until the agencies confirmed they were free of any threats. According to the fire services, Loreto Convent at Delhi Cantonment, Don Bosco at Chittaranjan Park, Carmel Convent campuses at Anand Niketan and Dwarka had received threats. Addtionally, Kulachi Hansraj at Ashok Vihar, Doon Public School at Pashchim Vihar and Bal Bharti School at Pitampura had also received similar threats, the DFS said. On Wednesday, the Dwarka court complex had also received a similar bomb threat which was later declared hoax.
