Share:KARACHI - As many as eight accused including two women were arrested on Friday for their alleged involvement in replacing the gold ornaments with artificial in lockers of their bank clients. The heist came into light during the audit by senior officers of the bank. Arrested accused also included a fake customer Ayesha Mirza. The police upon indication of arrested bank staff recovered 3.1kg gold, cash Rs2,030,000 and four vehicles which were the case property. Raids were being carried out to apprehend others involved and further investigation was also underway.
