A 4,028-square-meters industrial site on On Lok Mun Street in Fanling has received at least eight bids so far. Developers including CK Asset (1113), Sino Land (0083), Billion Development & Project Management, Chinney Investments (0216) and Grand Ming (1271) submitted bids. It offers as area of 43,000 square feet and gross floor area of 217,000 sq ft. It is designated for industrial, godown and ancillary office, office in direct support of an industrial operation, information technology and telecommunications industries, research, design and development centre, and audio-visual recording studio, etc. The site is valued between HK$867 million and HK$1.3 billion.
