Police were called to concerns about a gathering at a Mongrel Mob linked property in Christchurch on Friday night. Partying gangsters who flouted coronavirus restrictions have been arrested. A member of the public alerted police to a gathering at a property in Kowhai Tce, Christchurch, about 8.15pm on Friday. Stuff understands the Kowhai Tce party house, which is in the suburb of St Martins, has links to the Mongrel Mob, but police would not confirm this. "When police did attend any gatherings ... they educated those holding the gatherings on alert level 3 restrictions and there were no further issues."
