The man, believed to be in his 40s, has now been arrested, according to reports. Police earlier arrived at the scene and were reportedly negotiating with him. Email webnews@mirror.co.ukThe tourist attraction is currently cordoned off amid the incident which reportedly began at about 2.15pm local time. According to RT, the man began his ascent at the second level which is thought to be around 149m high.
