CAIRO - 4 April 2023: Egypt's law allocates a special account to organize spending on stray animals. 2- The proceeds of the reconciliation consideration, the consideration for sheltering and isolating animals, and the fees and fines stipulated in this law. 3- A percentage of the value of the customs taxes for items of food for dogs, cats, and pet birds for decoration, whether they are prepared for retail sale or not. 4- Grants, endowments, donations, and guardianships in accordance with the purposes of the account and in accordance with the rules, controls, and procedures established in this regard. 5- Any other resources allocated in a manner that does not contradict with the laws, regulations and decisions in force.
