Egypt’s Minister of Education Reda Hegazy announces in a press conference on Monday the exam results of Thanaweya Amma - CabinetCAIRO – 31 July 2023: Egypt’s Minister of Education Reda Hegazy announced in a press conference on Monday the exam results of Thanaweya Amma, the national system for final high school year. Students can appeal the exam results starting Thursday, 3 August, the minister noted. According to the minister, success rate for Thanaweya Amma students this school year 2022/2023 has amounted to 78.8 percent, represented by 598,723 students. No students got the full mark in all tests, Hegazy said, noting that only 2,365 students got grades from 95 percent to less than 100 percent. More than 700,000 students joined tests this year as part of the Thanaweya Amma system in Egypt, according to earlier official data.
