CAIRO - 17 August 2020: Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry on Tuesday conferred with Somali Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble on bilateral ties and issues of common interest. Meanwhile, Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Abul Gheit met with Somali Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble, who is currently on a visit to Egypt. Mogadishu, he noted, counts on AL support for all its efforts to enhance security, stability and peace in the country. Abul Gheit assured Roble that the AL would continue to support Somalia’s efforts to complete the legislative and presidential elections on time. The Somali premier greatly appreciated AL efforts to support his country and people.
