Iman Kamel’s documentary Egyptian Jeanne d’Arc takes a tour presenting Egypt from South to West in several film festivals. Starting with Malmo Arab Film Festival in Sweden taking place fro 6-10 October, before it goes to Arabisches Filmfestival Tübingen in Germany taking place from 6 to14 October, and the Arab Film Festival in Rotterdam(11-15 October). Egyptian Jeanne d’Arc was nominated for the 2013 Arab-German Film Prize of the Robert Bosch Stiftung Foundation in Germany. It landed its world premiere within the Muhr Feature competition at the Dubai International Film Festival. Egyptian Jeanne D’Arc also competed within the Plaza 6 Program, which screens films from developing countries, at the Eurasia International Film Festival in Astana, Kazakhstan.
