Reputation Poll International has dubbed Dr. Amany Abo Zeid, the African Union's Infrastructure, Energy and Tourism Commissioner, one of the 100 most reputable African figures for 2020. According to Reputation Poll International, a leading global reputation-management firm, “The list features 47 women and 53 men from diverse sectors including leadership, entertainment, advocacy, education and business. The selection criteria are: Integrity, Visibility and Impact.”The list was released on 28 July on Reputation Poll’s website. Abo Zeid was chosen twice among the top 50 most influential women in Africa back in 2012 and 2019. Abo Zeid earned her PHD in electric engineering from Cairo University.
