CAIRO - 1 August 2020: The Health Ministry said Saturday night that 47 new coronavirus cases were detected, upping the total number of confirmed cases since the outbreak in the country to 284,262. In a statement, Spokesman for the Health Ministry Khaled Megahed said six patients have died from the virus over the past 24 hours, raising the death toll to 16,524. In a statement on Saturday, Spokesman for the Health Ministry Khaled Megahed said the certificates will be issued for EGP 100 for Egyptians and $10 for non-Egyptians. When these codes are scanned by mobile phones, the certificate holder’s data, photo and status as regards the virus vaccine will appear. Passengers will register their data then the application will be able to recognize their vaccine certificates and show whether they are vaccinated or not.
