According to the Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA), temperatures are expected to decline by 1-3 degrees starting next week. The EMA also noted that the current high humidity levels in Egypt increase the apparent temperatures by 0-2 degrees. Southern Sinai, home to the charming city of Sharm El-Sheikh, and northern Upper Egypt will also experience some relief from the intense heat, with temperatures reaching 37-38 degrees by Sunday. As for southern Upper Egypt, where Luxor and Aswan are located, temperatures won't drop below the 40s yet.
