Egypt, Uganda to hold political talks in Cairo Monday


Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry speaks during a United Nations Security Council meeting about the situation in Libya in the Manhattan borough of New York February 18, 2015 - REUTERS/Carlo AllegriCAIRO - 6 May 2018: Egypt's Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry to hold on Monday talks with his Ugandan counterpart Sam Kutesa, according to a statement on Sunday.The session to be held at Tahrir Palace in Cairo, the two countries will tackle means of boosting cooperation between Egypt and Uganda in all domains as well as various issues of mutual concern.Following the talks, the foreign ministers of the two countries will chair the closing session of the Egyptian-Ugandan committee, set to be held at the premises of the Foreign Ministry.The session will witness inking the minutes of the joint committee meeting.Shoukry and Kutesa will hold a joint press conference after concluding their talks.
