Egypt, Greek FMs discuss bilateral relations Sunday


CAIRO - 18 April 2020: Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry and his Greek counterpart Nikos Dendias discussed on Sunday ways of boosting bilateral cooperation. In reiteration of the strong and deeply-rooted relations binding the two sides, Shoukry received his Greek counterpart in Cairo to continue talks on bilateral and regional issues of mutual interest, Foreign Ministry spokesman Ahmed Hafez tweeted. In July 2020, Egyptian Tourism and Antiquities Minister Khaled El-Enani and his Greek counterpart Haris Theocharis signed an agreement on providing care for tourists visiting both countries. In a meeting with Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli, Zayed said Egypt has contracted with China’s Sinopharm to receive 20 million vaccine doses. She added that half a million Sinopharm doses will arrive in Egypt soon.
