Egypt, Angola ink two cooperation deals covering several areas – The North Africa Post

Egypt and Angola signed Wednesday two Memorandum of understanding (MoU) for cooperation in fields of security and groundwater on the sideline of the visit of the Egyptian leader Abdelfattah al-Sisi. Angolan President Joao Lourenco and his guest al-Sisi witnessed the signings following talks between the two leaders. Al-Sisi embarked Tuesday on an african tour that will also take him to Zambia and Mozambique, last leg of his trips. He arrived Wednesday in Zambia where he is set to attend the 22nd Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) Heads of State and Governments Summit in the capital Lusaka. Zambia will take over the chairmanship of COMESA from Egypt during the summit.
