Police are investigating an armed robbery that happened at a TD Canada Trust bank in northeast Edmonton on Friday evening. Two men wearing black hoodies entered the bank at 93rd Street and 137th Avenue at around 7:10 p.m., the Edmonton Police Service said in a media release. One suspect allegedly had a firearm, and the men fled on foot with an unknown amount of money. A third man was seen fleeing the scene, and police believe he may also be connected to the robbery. Police searched two homes in northeast Edmonton in relation to the robbery, but the suspects were not found.
