Editorial: New Zealand must condemn President Trump's bigotryCARLOS BARRIA President Donald Trump signs an executive order to impose tighter vetting of travellers entering the United States. OPINION: President Trump may one day learn that he cannot run the United States like a corporation or a reality television show, giving national expression to his odious personal prejudices. The order does, however, specifically mention the September 11, 2001 attacks, which were carried out by 19 hijackers. The tacit support for Trump's order by the Australian government is disappointing, and we should not follow our Anzac mates on this issue. With condemnation of Trump's action around the world, we would be in good company to oppose his policy in any way we can.
