A Qatari Airways flight from Edinburgh is diverting back to the capitalA flight from Edinburgh Airport bound for Qatar did a U-turn mid-flight and is returning to Scotland. ‌The Qatar Airways flight QTR59F departed from the capital around 7.50am on Saturday, February 28, scheduled to land in Doha later this evening. ‌It comes following reports of missiles being intercepted above Qatar with explosions being heard as far as Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, according to Al Jazeera. Explosions have reportedly been heard in Qatar as well.
