A kg soybean oil was found retailing at Tk92-95 in Saturday's market, which was Tk85-87 just a week ago. Besides, bottled soybean oil sold at Tk100-105 per litre and palm oil at Tk86. By the Trading Corporation of Bangladesh (TCB) data, the price of soybean oil increased a 5.68% over the last week but sugar price remained 'unchanged'. The data, however, showed that sugar price rose 6.40% over the last month and 26.67% year-on-year.
