Hazard has warn the No.10 shirt for Chelsea for the majority of his Premier League career, inheriting the jersey from Juan Mata after the Spaniard was sold to Manchester United by Jose Mourinho in January 2014. Hazard, meanwhile, all but confirmed his departure after he decorated Chelsea’s win over Arsenal in Baku with a virtuoso two-goal display. ‘We will decide in a few days and the only target in my mind was to win this final,’ Hazard told BT Sport. ‘I have made my decision already and now I’m waiting on both clubs, like you wait and the fans wait.
