The Belgian forward is widely expected to seal a mega move to Madrid in the coming days, after saying goodbye to Chelsea this week. Reports suggest that a deal has been agreed to send Hazard to Madrid for £115million, after Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich stepped in and accepted the bid on behalf of the board. And apparently the hierarchy at Madrid are willing to give him Ronaldo’s old shirt number, rather than his familiar 10 shirt worn for Chelsea. According to The Sun, Madrid president Florentino Perez wants to announce the deal early next week after finalising a contract on Monday. However, Chelsea are reportedly playing hardball over the move, and rejected the opening bid of £110m from the Spanish side.
