Shape of You's hitmaker, 29, lives in the sprawling Suffolk property with his wife Cherry Seaborn and their baby girl Lyra Antarctica Seaborn Sheeran. Initially the redhead purchased the Grade-II listed farmhouse for £895,000 before he later expanded his property portfolio in the surrounding area. He told Money.co.uk: "As the estate is so unique to Ed's taste, it could actually have a negative impact on the sale price. His total property portfolio of 27 homes has an estimated worth of £57million.
