Photo: PTINew Delhi: The Budget session of Parliament begins on Monday as the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) readies to present its last full budget on 1 February before its five-year term ends. The first day of the Budget session will witness a joint address by President Ram Nath Kovind in Parliament, followed by the presentation of the Economic Survey in the afternoon. The Budget session is expected to witness a tussle between the government and opposition parties led by Congress. The first phase of the Budget session will end on 9 February.
