Emmanuel Nnadozie, Executive Secretary to African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF), remarked that Ethiopia has become “ideal for success” due to economic growth triggered by the right policies. The executive secretary made the remark in an interview with the Ethiopian News Agency, ENA. “So there is that transformation in physical infrastructure, there is also the transformation in human capital,” he stated. Furthermore, Ethiopian Airlines, the largest African carrier, is an embodiment of what “can be possible,” the executive secretary observes. Established in 1991, the African Capacity Building Foundation, ACBF, is AU’s specialized agency for capacity development aiming to build sustainable human and institutional capacity across the continent.
