Projects such as Eco Business Park V (EBP V) are bringing a new definition to business parks. EBP V, a project by Eco World Development Group Bhd, will have around 100 cluster, service and semi-detached factories. The project, which is a joint venture with the Employees Provident Fund, has a gross development value of RM3 billion. EBP V was unveiled in late September and is 90 per cent sold, said Eco World Eco South divisional general manager Datuk Hoe Mee Ling. Hoe said EBP V has a comprehensive range of eco-friendly features that come with the factory units to achieve cost efficiency and reduce carbon footprint.
