Forcing ISPs to be the police without any court orders to disconnect a user is not ethical or constitutional. There should be a law that does not even allow an ISP to monitor it's customers usage, keep logs, and to disconnect customers without a court order. I see more lawsuits like this in the future with no one caring about privacy rights and due process.
