The first doses of an experimental Ebola vaccine from Merck & Co. are expected to arrive before the end of this week in the Democratic Republic of Congo to help contain a new outbreak of the virus that is suspected of killing at least 19 people in the Central African nation. At least 39 people have been confirmed or are believed to have been infected with Ebola in the country, according to the health ministry. The outbreak appears to have erupted in early April in forested villages reachable only by helicopter or motorbikes...
