You can never go wrong with pairing chicken and rice. Pair it with some coleslaw salad. Add the garlic and ginger paste, sauté for few seconds. Add the tomato paste, crumble in the chicken cubes and cook covered until the chicken has released its natural juices and is almost cooked. Serve hot with rice and a side of coleslaw salad.
