Eastbound express lanes of Highway 401 near Highway 400 have been closed after a transport truck tipped over and is "teetering" over the highway on Monday morning. Ontario Provincial Police have posted images on Twitter showing a transport truck leaning against the guardrail over Highway 401. It happened some time around 8:30 a.m. on the eastbound Highway 401 ramp at Highway 400. Kerry Schmidt said collector lanes have reopened, but express lanes will remain closed until crews put the truck upright over the next hour. Schmidt said one person suffered minor injuries in the crash.
