Former Diss Town defender Steve Best has been appointed the new manager of East Harling Reserves. Best, who last season turned out for Attleborough Town’s second string, will be assisted in the role by Christian Wickham. Speaking about the appointment of Best, who has also played for Mildenhall Town, Great Yarmouth Town and Horsham, first-team manager Stacey Lawrence said: “We’re really excited to have Steve on board. Steve Best has been appointed the new manager of East Harling reserves“He’s got some top experience and is still a good footballer. He played for Attleborough Reserves last year and they play at a higher level than our side, so it shows he can still do it.
