Craig Platt with Halton Regional Police Service in Oakville, said an officer who was the first official on the scene alerted residents in all units about the blaze. Two firefighters get a close look of a townhouse complex fire in Oakville early Saturday. It took the Oakville Fire Department about 10 minutes to bring the blaze under control and it has been extinguished. When firefighters arrived on scene, the townhouse unit was "engulfed in flames."
