Police officers raided a Dunedin home in the suburb of Dalmore. Armed police have raided the Dunedin home of an alleged drug dealerA resident awoke to the “sound of dogs’’ near their property in the suburb of Dalmore on Wednesday, about 5.15am. The person told Stuff there was a standoff between police dogs and the alleged offender's dogs and '’it was pretty intense’’. Armed police then surrounded the Gladstone Rd property, demanding the occupants leave immediately. He was charged with possession of methamphetamine for supply, and was expected due to appear in the Dunedin District Court on Wednesday.
