Photo: NZ PoliceThe Christchurch Eagle helicopter has helped track down and arrest an offender who pulled a gun on another motorist after a road rage incident. The 24-year-old man was involved in a crash with the other vehicle at the intersection of Main South and Watts Rd in Sockburn about 5pm on Wednesday. The man then pulled a gun on the other driver but both motorists left the scene before police arrived. The Eagle helicopter tracked the offending vehicle to Papanui and the Armed Response Team performed a vehicle stop. The offender was arrested and charged with presenting a firearm/restricted weapon at a person.
