The 14th traditional ruler of Ota-Awori Kingdom, Oba (Prof.) Abdul-Kabir Adeyemi Obalanlege, was last week installed as the new Olota of Ota. The Olota of Ota, in his acceptance speech, pledged that he would not split from the path of honour his forefathers thread. Meanwhile, in its efforts to continue promoting Nigeria’s culture and tradition, Eagle Aromatic Schnapps, makers of the popular prayer drink, has felicitated with Obalanlege. He added that the Eagle Aromatic Schnapps brand known for promoting culture and tradition will continue to support Ota culturally, hence its participation financially and physically at the coronation ceremony. He poured libation with Eagle Schnapps and prayed for the progress of IDL, Ota and Nigeria at large.
