First daughter Charlene Ruto has created a buzz online after American televangelist Pastor Benny Hinn prayed for her to get a husband. President William Ruto's third-born daughter Charlene Chelagat Ruto is a Daystar University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Communication. Charlene caused a buzz on social media after she claimed that she sold 'smokies' while at the university. Charlene caused yet another social media storm after she said that she holds the Office of the First Daughter. The 2023 cohort featured 24 diplomats, 20 business leaders, six climate change leaders, 21 leaders in civil society organizations and philanthropy.
