The Hamburg city senate has agreed a whole host of new relaxations to its pandemic rules, which will come into force at midnight on Tuesday. That means that people still need to present a negative test when they arrive and have to wear face masks when standing. Everyone will have to provide contact details for contact tracing purposes.
