Donald Tusk made clear the EU is braced for Brexit to be cancelled today amid claims the EU is ready to offer a three month extension to the Article 50 process. The EU council president warned MPs that voting down Theresa May's deal would mean 'no deal or no Brexit at all'. But the EU is adamant that such an extension would only be possible if there is a clear chance that Parliament can unite around a solution. The secret plan is said to have been commissioned last month by then-Brexit Secretary Dominic Raab and Attorney General Geoffrey Cox.
