The European Union Ambassador to Libya, Bettina Muscheidt, held discussions with Ahmed Maitiq of the UN proposed council and the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mohamed Sayala, on the possibility of the return of the European mission to carry out their operations in Tripoli. Muscheidt confirmed that the EU seeks the return of their mission personnel to work in Tripoli with improved security conditions and implement EU support programs in all sectors according to the needs of the different regions in Libya.
