He said they were going to break camp due to the Christmas and New Year season and resume training right after the celebrations were over. Braimah urged the RFA to dedicate more time for grassroot football development, the second division, third division, women football and the colts league because that is where players are groomed for the national teams. Speaking to the secretary of the Eastern Regional Football Association (ERFA), Mr Bob Tagoe, he said the kick-off for the new football season has been slated for the 29th of February 2020. Tagoe indicated that prior to the start of the new football season, the RFA would have to go to congress to elect the executive committee members for the various committees at the RFA.
