Despite the painful death of the commission’s top official, the man who was central to the management of the elections technology platform, all is not lost. SUSPICIONTheir fears are derived from suspicion arising out of the circumstances of Mr Msando’s death. As President Uhuru Kenyatta has directed, the IEBC staff must be given maximum security to ensure they discharge their duties without fear.
