The country is still waiting for the formation of a new Cabinet and there are no indications when this will be done. By EDITORIALMore by this AuthorIt is exactly two weeks since President Uhuru Kenyatta named part of the Cabinet and sacked two-thirds of the ministers. President Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto were duly sworn in last November and, ideally, should have named the Cabinet and principal secretaries soon thereafter. Cabinet secretaries missing in the list and the principal secretaries are hamstrung. Having been sworn into office, it was expected President Kenyatta would hit the ground running to recover lost time and opportunities.
