DRUNK DRIVERSThe authority ought to devote more of its resources and energy to controlling the public transport sector, which is a picture of anarchy and lawlessness. The authority needs the support of the public to weed out careless drivers from our roads. But it needs to win the public confidence by prioritising its work and strictly enforcing traffic rules and regulations.
