Highlights 1 Moin Qureshi earlier arrested under PMLA, currently in judicial custody. The ED chargesheet says, "Certain public servants holding high positions are in collusion with Moin Akhtar Qureshi ...thereby huge amount of illegal money was found to have been transacted". The ED chargesheet says Qureshi was helping people involved in criminal cases by using his influence.
