Indeed, the connectivity established provides a more economical, faster, safer, and cleaner modes of transportation for traders and business communities of both sides. It is extremely important now that both countries work to ensure that this trade route is utilized to its full potential. For Bangladesh, this presents a golden opportunity to access the Indian market, particularly the growing market of Tripura and possibly other eastern states of India. Tripura is going through a transformation of its own, and Bangladesh can capitalize on this need for goods and material. Through the new trade route, it is expected that both countries will reap benefits and further strengthen this bond.
