According to some persons who have suffered similar plight, they did not get any explanations from the vendors they went to purchase the credits from. “I swiped the card on the meter after the credits run out but nothing happened. I went to an ECG vendor to cross check if it was a mistake or my card had actually corrupted but the card was functional. “Indeed I have gotten such complains but ECG does not give us any explanation for this problem.
