Again, in April to May 2012, a new biometric voters register was compiled ahead of the December 2012 Presidential and Parliamentary Elections. Indeed the Commission’s capability to compile a new voters’ register in an election year is certainly not in doubt. Again, the Commission will go ahead with the preparation of a new biometric voters’ register based on the reasons provided earlier.
